Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has authorised the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) to offer 50 slots under the International Co-operation Scheme of the Ministry of Ayush for the 2020-21 academic session to the students interested in pursuing under-graduate/post-graduate/Ph.D in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy & Yoga. Depending on the allocation of quota for course/discipline received from Ministry of Ayush, ICCR would decide the number of slots to be given to each country for a particular course/discipline.
Prospective students should be medically sound and have sufficient proficiency in English and pay due diligence on the specific admission criteria laid down by the various Universities for each subject and ensure that they submit all relevant documentation as required by the universities, in addition to the basic certificate mentioned in the application form. As defined in the attached guidelines (Annexure-A), the applicant is required to apply for above scholarship schemes online on A2A portal.
The last date for uploading the application on the portal by the applicant is 31 July 2O2O.
