(A) Updates on travel to India

Effective April 1, 2021, e-Visa facility has been restored for Business, Conference and Medical/Medical Attendant categories. However, individuals travelling to India are requested to go through the guidelines for travel to India before embarking on your journey as provided in the link below:

All passengers travelling to India are required to register on Repat Portal Ministry of Affairs Ministry at https://repat.videshapps.gov.in/user_registration and fill in the self-reporting form/apply for exemption from institutional quarantine at the Air Suvidha portal at https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration

Individuals are further requested to travel through the routes approved by the Government of India under “Vande Bharat Mission” or “Air Bubble” only, as normal commercial flights are currently prohibited.

(B) Advisory for passengers travelling from India to Slovenia:
As per the Slovenian Government’s decree No. 510-147/2020/4 all passengers travelling from countries listed in the dark red list including India following may be noted:

Entry for non-essential purposes is not yet relaxed.

For the essential travels, entry into Slovenia is possible upon presenting one of the following:

Negative PCR test with not more than 72 hours are passed.

Negative rapid antigen test provided that no more than 48 hours have passed

Certificate of recovery

Certificate of vaccination and COVISHIELD vaccine is accepted while for now COVAXIN is not on the list of accepted vaccine.

Certificate of vaccination for persons who have recovered from COVID-19- that the person has been vaccinated with at least one dose of the accepted vaccines within eight months of a positive PCR test result or onset of symptoms.

Digital COVID certificate of third countries in digital or paper form bearing QR code, that contains the same data as the European digital COVID certificate and issued in Engli
