Open House Meetings in 2024

In 2024, the Embassy of India, Ljubljana will organize “Open House’’ meetings on consular related matters for Indian nationals / Persons of Indian Origin on 26^th April (Friday), 26^th July (Friday), 25^th October (Friday) and 27^th December (Friday) during consular working hours between 1100-1200 hrs. An Indian national or Person of India origin who may wish to put their concerns or problems on any issue may visit Embassy along with all relevant documents between 1100 – 1200 hrs to Embassy at:

Note : No prior appointment is required

2. The purpose of the open house meetings is to listen to Indian nationals as well as persons of Indian origin and understand their queries related to consular matters. Open House will be chaired by Ambassador and the Embassy officers will be available to respond to members of Indian Community on Consular issues.
