(A) Updates on travel to India:

  1. Effective April 1, 2021, e-Visa facility has been restored for Business, Conference and Medical/Medical Attendant However, individuals travelling to India are requested to go through the guidelines for travel to India before embarking on your journey as provided in the link below: https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Guidelinesforinternationalarrivals17022021.pdf
  2. All passengers travelling to India are required to register on Repat Portal Ministry of Affairs Ministry at https://repat.videshapps.gov.in/user_registration and fill in the self-reporting form/apply for exemption from institutional quarantine at the Air Suvidha portal at https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration
  3. For latest updates on travel please see https://boi.gov.in.
  4. Individuals are further requested to travel through the routes approved by the Government of India under “Vande Bharat Mission” or “Air Bubble” only, as normal commercial flights are currently prohibited.

(B) Advisory for passengers travelling to Slovenia:

Slovenia allows entry for both essential and non-essential travel (including tourism) into the country. Following proofs are accepted for entry:

  1. A negative PCR test not older than 72 hours or a negative rapid antigen test not more than 48 hours since the swab was taken.
  2. EU Digital COVID Certificate in a digital or paper format and with a QR code (EU DCC),
  3. A digital COVID certificate of a third country in digital or paper format and with a QR code,
  4. A certificate of vaccination against COVID-19.
  5. A certificate of a positive PCR test result that is older than 10 days.
  6. A medical certificate confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 and that less than six months have elapsed since onset of symptoms.

*As of 16 August 2021, all passengers travelling by plane or ship are required to duly complete the European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) before entering Slovenia.
