The WE! Expedition, World's 1st All-Woman Air Crew from India to Circumnavigate Earth landed in Slovenia

Two Indian lady pilots are on their way to become the first ever all-female aircrew to fly around the world in an airplane manufactured by Slovenia's Pipistrel. Making a stopover at Pipistrel headquarters in Ajdovšäina on 23 August, Capt. Keithair Misquitta and Capt. Aarohi Pandi said they embarked on the journey to empower women.

Upon landing, they received a warm welcome in Ajdovščina from HE Ambassador of India Mr. Param Jit Mann, Pipistrel owner Mr. Ivo Boscarol and Pipistrel Company Director Mrs. Ingrid Heuffel Berginc. They continued their flight from Slovenia the next day. They are scheduled to fly across the Atlantic, North America and the Bering Sea to reach China and end their journey in India.
